Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Schedulevisor (the "Service") and users in connection with the use of the trip planning, saving, sharing, and collaboration features provided by the Service.

Article 2 (Definitions)

  • "Service" means Schedulevisor and its trip planning, saving, sharing, and collaboration features.
  • "User" means any person who uses the Service, including members and non-members.
  • "Member" means a user who signs in (e.g., via Google) and uses the Service.
  • "Non-member" means a user who uses limited parts of the Service without signing in.
  • "Content" means any information a user creates, uploads, stores, or shares through the Service, including trip plans, schedules, places, notes, and images.
  • "Invite Link" means a link (or equivalent method) provided by the Service to join a specific trip.
  • "Premium" means paid features or paid access that the Service may offer (e.g., a one-time purchase with lifetime access).

Article 3 (Effect and Changes to Terms)

1. These Terms apply to all users who use the Service.

2. The Service may update these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If changes are made, the Service will provide notice through an in-service notice or another reasonable method.

3. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.

Article 4 (Service Provision and Changes)

1. The Service provides the following features:

  • Creating and managing trip plans
  • Sharing itineraries and collaborating (including Invite Links)
  • Other features determined by the Service

2. The Service may change all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons and may notify you of material changes via an in-service notice or similar method.

Article 5 (Service Interruption)

1. The Service may temporarily suspend the Service in the following cases:

  • Maintenance, inspection, replacement, failure of equipment, or network disruptions
  • Power outage, system failure, or traffic spikes that hinder normal operation
  • Other force majeure events

Article 6 (Accounts)

1. Account registration and sign-in are performed through authentication methods provided by the Service (e.g., Google sign-in).

2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, and you may be responsible for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3. You may delete your account at any time, and related data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 7 (User Obligations and Prohibited Conduct)

1. You must not:

  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
  • Violate applicable law or these Terms
  • Copy, distribute, alter, or commercially exploit the Service or Content without authorization
  • Misuse Invite Links (e.g., unauthorized access, mass sharing, spam/phishing)

2. If the Service reasonably determines that you have violated these Terms or applicable law, it may take measures such as removing content, restricting features, or suspending access within a reasonable scope.

Article 8 (Invite Links and Sharing)

1. Members may invite others to a trip using an Invite Link.

2. A user who receives an Invite Link may choose to join at their discretion. If the user joins, their profile information (name and profile image) may be visible to members of that trip.

3. You are responsible for managing Invite Links you share (e.g., limiting who can access them). The Service may restrict Invite Links if misuse is suspected.

Article 9 (Intellectual Property and Content)

1. The Service and its software, UI, design, and logos are owned by the Service or the relevant rights holders.

2. You retain rights to the content you create. You grant the Service the limited right to process your content as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., store, display, transmit, share, and back up your content).

3. You must not upload or share content that infringes others' rights. You may be responsible for disputes arising from your content.

Article 10 (Premium and Paid Features)

1. The Service may offer Premium or other paid features in the future. Details such as pricing, payment methods, and refund policies will be provided separately within the Service.

2. Payment provider fees, platform policies (e.g., app stores), and related rules may apply to your purchase.

Article 11 (Advertisements)

The Service may display advertisements (e.g., Google AdSense). Cookies or similar technologies may be used for ad delivery and measurement, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

1. The Service is not liable for failures to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, war, or suspension by telecommunications providers.

2. The Service is not responsible for disruptions caused by your fault.

3. To the extent permitted by law, the Service disclaims liability for losses arising from your choice to use (or not use) the Service and for any failure to achieve expected outcomes.

4. The Service has no obligation to intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party, and is not liable for damages resulting from such disputes.

Addendum

These Terms shall be effective from December 26, 2025.
