Schedulevisor processes personal information for the purposes below. We do not use personal information for other purposes, and if the purpose changes, we will take necessary measures such as obtaining consent where required by applicable laws.

  • User identification and authentication (Google Sign-In)
  • Providing services (trip creation/storage/sharing, invite links, collaboration)
  • Service operations, security, fraud prevention, and stability

2. Information We Collect

Schedulevisor collects the following information.

  • Required: Email address, name, profile photo (from your Google account)
  • User-generated content: Trip planning data (schedules, places, notes, etc.), uploaded images
  • Automatically collected: Access logs, usage records, and data generated via cookies/similar technologies (see Sections 6–7)

3. Retention Period

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and delete it without undue delay thereafter. However, we may retain certain information if required by applicable laws, and then delete it once the retention period expires.

  • Account deletion: Account information and service data are generally deleted.
  • Minimum logs for security/dispute handling: May be retained for a reasonable period when necessary.

4. Sharing with Third Parties

Schedulevisor does not share personal information with third parties in principle, except:

  • When you have provided prior consent
  • When required by law or lawful requests by authorities

5. Service Providers & International Transfers

We may use service providers to operate Schedulevisor. In doing so, personal information may be processed and transferred internationally (e.g., to the United States) through the providers’ global infrastructure.

  • Google Firebase (Google LLC): Authentication, database/storage, Cloud Functions, etc.
  • Google LLC: Google Sign-In
  • Google AdSense (Google LLC): Ads delivery and measurement (may use cookies/similar technologies)

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Schedulevisor may use cookies and similar technologies to provide services and display ads. You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Please note that blocking cookies may limit certain features.

  • Essential purposes: Maintaining login/session and core functionality
  • Advertising purposes: Serving ads, measuring ad performance (AdSense), and potentially providing interest-based ads

7. Google AdSense

This service may display ads using Google AdSense. Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, measure performance, and show interest-based advertising.
